PREMIER LEAGUE - BEERCELONA
DIVISION ONE - 6 OFFENDERS
In the thrilling final week of the Maidstone Wednesday 6-a-side Football league, we witnessed a plethora of goals, impressive performances and intense competition. Teams from both the Premier League and Division 1 showcased a remarkable display of skills and strength that culminated in the season's grand finale. There were some amazing games, especially in the Prem where every game finished 3-3.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, it was a nail-biter as all matches ended in draws leaving LadsOnToure unlucky to be relegated. Phil Mc Corey ensured their survival with a 3-3 draw against champions Beercelona. Similarly, Lobs United and Borussia Teeth, another pair of formidable teams also saw their match conclude with a 3-3 draw which kept them both in the division. Another exciting 3-3 game was between LadsOnToure and runners up Running Up That Gil, unfortunately Lads went down on goal difference after finishing level on 12 points with 3 other teams. Harry Cromwell finishes the season as the top scorer after a brace last night gave him 12 for the season.
DIVISION ONE
In the Division 1 showdown, champions 6 Offenders outperformed Bottle Job FC with a clean 5-0 victory to complete a perfect 100% season for them. Invicta Motors FC had a stunning 9-2 win over Gangsters Allardyce, displaying their striking prowess. Get The Badge In defeating Mo Leicesters 6-2 while Ollys Fantasies' 2-0 triumph over Maidstone Mingers. Cuba Mace picked up the Golden Boot with 16 goals this season for 6 Offenders.
The season concluded with Beercelona clinching the Premier League title with 23 points and 10 wins. In Division 1, the 6 Offenders emerged victorious, having accumulated 28 points and an impressive 14 wins. The Player Of The Season goes to Harvey Rackley of Invicta Motors who picked up 7 MVP awards this season.
