Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side results!

Here's a look at the match day 10 results from our Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side league at Valley Park School. Following on from a good opening night at our Tuesday league it was back to the action at our established Wednesday league. 2 Girls 1 Schlupp were on holiday this week so She Was Only XI stepped in to play Seshball but all other teams were in attendance.

We will start with Div 1 this week as this is where we saw a change in the leadership at the top. She Was Only XI after taking on Seshball in a friendly played their league game and sealed a 4-2 win away to Useless FC. This win coupled with a 5-2 defeat for Sneaky Castro against Boobs N Doobs meant She Was went top. Norfolk won 3-0 away to Get The Badge In to really tighten things up at the top end of the division. She Was Only XI have 15 points while Castro, Boobs and Norfolk are all just a point behind. The other match in Div 1 saw Make A Wish climb out of the bottom two with a 4-1 win against Inter.

Premier League leaders Seshball picked up a 5-0 points match win last night which see's them extend their lead at the top to 7 points. Second place Roma Sexuals lost ground as they went down 10-6 to The Upbeats who saw their striker Colin Hewitt net 6 times. Crouch Potato are off the bottom of the table as they won narrowly 4-3 against Mind Of Mata while Geri Hat-tricks climbed out of the relegation zone with a 3-0 win over Gently Exeter.
