MAIDSTONE WEDNESDAY 6 A SIDE SEASON KICKS OFF!

The new season of the Maidstone Wednesday 6 A-Side Football League kicked off last night despite the poor weather with exciting matches in both the Premier League and Division 1. The teams were raring to compete, showcasing their talent and football prowess in a series of thrilling games.

PREMIER LEAGUE

The Premier League started on an electrifying note. Div 1 champions Brenchley Faithful and Beercelona faced off in a gripping match, ending in a 4-4 draw. Both teams fought tooth and nail, displaying commendable teamwork and determination. The second match of the division featured new boys Running Up That Gil and Borussia Teeth, with the former clinching a narrow victory (2-1) in what was an adrenaline-pumping game.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Mo Leicesters clashed with Bottle Job FC in a high-scoring game. Bottle Job FC emerged victorious, outscoring their opponents 9-6 in a match that kept us on the edge of our seats. The other match saw Get The Badge In taking on Gangsters Allardyce. Gangsters Allardyce dominated the game, displaying sheer skill and strategy to win the match 7-2.

While it's just the start, the teams showed great potential, hinting at a promising and thrilling season ahead. This season's opening week has set a high bar for the upcoming matches.
