New leaders as Crystal Phallas go top of Maidstone 6 a side

All teams took to the pitch as we reached the halfway point of the season last night in our highly competitive 6 a side league at Maidstone.

We have new leaders at the top after Crystal Phallas managed to get the better of reigning champions MK Dongs in a 11 goal thriller which ended 6-5 to Phallas. In order for them to go top though they needed to hope that Daddies On Tour would do them a favour and defeat leaders 2 Girls 1 Schlupp which they duly did winning 5-3 which moves themselves up to 3rd level on points with Schlupp now and gives their own title chances a boost. A further point behind are Geri Hattricks who had a comfortable night against Six On the Beach winning 11-0 while in the other game there was plenty of goals and entertainment on show as Nice One, Son's Crying and Boba Seniors shared the points in a 5-5 draw.
