It's good to be back to catch up on the start of the new season down at Valley Park School where our Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side league entered week 2.
The reigning Premier League champions Seshball made a return to the top of the Premier League on goal difference as they overcame Geri Hat-tricks 8-3, last season's top scorer Nic Bell scoring 4 to go top of the Golden Boot race again. The Upbeats also made it two wins to start the season as they beat She Was Only XI 3-1. In other results Div 1 champions Mind Of Mata picked up their first win in the Prem as they brought Roma Sexuals back to down to earth after their huge win on match day 1, a fantastic game finished with Mata taking the win 5-3. Goal-Hangers R Us faired much better this week after a tough match against Roma last week, they couldn't manage at win but only narrowly lost 2-1 to Crouch Potato, Tyler with a brace for the home side.
There were four cracking games in Div 1 as eight evenly matches teams took to the pitches. Gently Exeter are the only side in the division with maximum points after two matches as they defeated 2 Girls 1 Schlupp 4-2, Jamie with a couple of Exeter's goals. Sneaky Castro are second and remain unbeaten as they drew 1-1 with Useless FC. Boobs N Doobs and Norfolk In Way You're Winning also shared the points after a 2-2 draw while Inter Yernan FC picked up their first win of the season with a 5-3 victory over Cream Rises, Rhys Tolley and Zack Rassool both scoring twice for Inter.
