New season kicks off at Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side!

We finally managed to get the new Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side season underway after a couple of week's of delays due matters out of our control. We might have another night off next Wednesday if England can do the business on Saturday against France, time will tell. It was also good to welcome a few new teams to the league for this season, good luck to you all.

Here's a look at the early season results across the two divisions. There was a big game to kick us off in the Premier League as Seshball took on 24K Cider, the points were shared with it ending 2-2. Geri Hat-tricks got their season off to a flyer with a 5-0 win over new boy's Dordee Bois FC. VARginas shocked the defending champions Sneaky Castro 5-2 while the two promoted sides met as Useless FC took on 2 Girls 1 Schlupp, the game ending 3-3.

Crouch Potato top Div 1 after a 6-0 home win against Bottle Job FC, Alex Wahts scoring 4 times while Aaron Dawson grabbed a brace. Tom Sloane scored twice for new team Wanyama's Pyjamas who are second after a 4-0 victory against another new team The Keita Success. Boobs N Doobs sealed a 4-2 win away at Get The Badge In while Make A Wish edged it 3-2 against Barely Athletic.
