Title Goes to the Final Week in Maidstone 6 a side

Great to see all teams in attendance at our Maidstone Wednesday night 6 a side league at Valley Park School. Firstly we are pleased to say the lad from Kazakhstan FC who became unwell during their match is feel better now. Big thank you to Wildfire's keeper for helping him before the ambulance arrived, everyone is extremely grateful.

On to the results now and Real Ale Madrid missed the opportunity to wrap up the title last night at as they came unstuck against a strong Multiple Scoregasms team losing 2 -1. The Scoregasms have given themselves a chance of a top two finish too if they can overcome 2 Girls 1 Schlupp in the final round of the season. Meanwhile Real Ale still have a chance of the title with all eyes on the trophy decider next week, as they face the now leaders Astro Worldies knowing defeat will not only confirm The Worldies as champions but could very well mean that Real Ale drop to 3rd.

Astro Worldies did everything right, and found some real form against a relegation bound Cream Rises side, who, i'm sure will find life a lot happier in Division One next season. Worldies netted 16 times without reply, Another Hat trick for Harrison Meyhew all but confirming him as the golden boot winner for this season.

Elsewhere in the Prem it's still quite tight as teams jostle for the final league positions. MK Dongs remain 4th with a solid 3 - 1 win over Boba Seniors who bow out of the league to be replaced by last nights fill in side, Mind of Mata while 2 Girls 1 Schlupp look to finish strongly and can still avoid the drop with a win next week having picked up the points last night against Geri Hattricks.

It was somewhat of a strange night in Div 1 as Heath Gang were due to face Wildfire in a top of the table clash. However as mentioned earlier this match was cut short as one of the Kazakhstan players became ill after their 4-3 win against Boobs N Doobs with the Wildfire goalkeeper going to his aid. This meant the Heath Gang vs Wildfire result had to go in as 0-0 but above all the player is now on the mend thankfully. In other results second place Portugeezers comfortably brushed aside a young Dudley team 12-0 while 2 Goals 1 Cup defeated Maidstone Charvis in the other fixture 2-1.

Thank you to all teams and our match night supervisor Ash along with our refs Josh and Jake and all the players that helped. See you all next week for the final round of fixtures before the new season starts the week after.
