MATCH NIGHT REPORT - ROUND 4

We had 6 teams in action tonight over at Waterside. 

In the 7:40 game we had No Cap United v Benfleet Butchers. Butchers went into the night in great form compared to No Cap still looking for their first point of the season. A strong start from both saw the game at 1-1 after the first 10 mins. But Butchers powered through and ended up taking this one 5-1 after another hat-trick for Fridge helps secure the points. 

Then at 8:20 we had Tottenham Hotsperm v Scratchers United. This game was all about one man. George Cole for Scratchers scored an incredible 6 goals and stole the show and dragged Scratchers to an 8-2 victory. Also  shoutout to the keeper for Scratchers for some great saves throughout the match. 

Our last game was DBA v Loonatics. This looked to be a great game before kick off and it did not disappoint. Both sides played attacking football and tried to score as many goals as possible. For the majority of the game the sides were evenly matched and the score was 2-2 with just 5 mins to go. But a late goal from Loonatics saw them take this one 3-2. 

Great to see the 6 teams in action tonight. We hope to see all 8 in action again under the lights at Waterside next Wednesday. See you all then!
