MATCH NIGHT REPORT - ROUND 6

Another very impressive night of football at Waterside tonight with all 8 teams in action! 

We started the night with Loonatics taking on Scratchers United. Both sides were looking to continue their fine form and add another 2 points to their tally. This was a game of attacking fast paced football. A huge 10-4 score line saw Loonatics take another step towards this seasons title. 

Then at 7:40 we had Madeline Milan v Benfleet Butchers. This was a battle between 2 sides fighting for the title. Within 5 mins Butchers had taken a 2-0 and they did very well to battle on and use their strength all over the pitch to see out a very good Milan side. 4-0 the final score and one that opens up the title race! 

At 8:20 we had No Cap United v Tottenham Hotsperm. This was a great game of attacking flowing football. Despite taking an early lead, Hotsperm conceded some cheap goals and ended up losing the game 5-3. A first victory for No Cap was sadly ruined by some unacceptable scenes at the end but they will make sure that they bounce back next week. 

Also at 8:20 we had DBA take on LeaveMyArselona. Again another game of goals with both teams showing how well they can attack and press. Despite DBA’s best efforts this was Arselona’s night and a result that lifts them up the table. 

Plenty of goals in tonight’s games and some huge results that impact our title race. See you all next week for some more great games under the lights at Waterside!
