In a thrilling week of football, Brighton And Hove Monday's 5 a side Premier League division took an exciting turn. We were treated to some spectacular performances, highlighting the level of talent and competition in the league.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In a nail-biting match, leaders Inter My Nan FC edged out Flupping FC in a 2-1 victory. The closely fought game kept us on the edge of our seats, demonstrating the high standards of the league. Despite Flupping FC's spirited performance, Inter My Nan's precision and strategic gameplay earned them the win.
In contrast, Somali demonstrated their unfettered prowess on the field with a decisive 6-2 victory over new team Balance FC. The team demonstrated great passing and shooting skills, which proved too much for Balance FC to handle.
Yet, the highlight of the week was the thrilling goal-fest between Ldn Road Athletic and Queens Park Strangers. In a match that saw a whopping 14 goals, Queens Park Strangers emerged as the victors with an 8-6 win. The high-scoring game was a testament to both teams' offensive capabilities, marking it as one of the most memorable matches of the season.
As we look towards week 5, we can expect more thrilling football, packed with action, strategy, and inspiring performances that make the Brighton And Hove Monday's Premier League division a joy to watch. All teams are set to bring their A-game as they vie for the top spot in one of the most exciting local football leagues.
Thank you to Simon for running the league and to all our players. Good luck next week!
