In an exhilarating display of skill and strategy, the Brighton and Hove Thursday 5-a-side football league continued with its third week of relentless competition. The Premier League division, known for its intense matches, delivered yet another round of nail-biting games.

The game that stole the limelight was the energetic clash between Corey And The Boys and Als Pals FC. The high scoring match ended with a 13-9 victory for Corey And The Boys who showcased a strong offensive prowess throughout. Despite the defeat, applause is in order for Als Pals' Steve Mould, who, with an impressive tally of six goals, emerged as the top scorer of the division.

Another hard-fought match pitted Minky FC against Withdean Wanderers, with the former clinching the victory in a close 7-5 encounter. Although the Withdean Wanderers put up a valiant fight, Minky FC's strong defence and strategic ball possession ultimately led to their win.

The Goal Diggers and Flicky Minaj match proved to be another electrifying contest. Flicky Minaj rose to the occasion and managed to outscore their opponents 8-5, demonstrating excellent teamwork and coordination.

However, the player of the week undoubtedly goes to the Premier League’s most valuable player - Steve Mould from Als Pals FC. Despite the team’s loss, Mould's exceptional performance, with an astounding six goals to his name, not only made him the highest scorer but also the most lauded player. His display of athleticism and precision makes him one to watch in the upcoming matches.
