The Brighton and Hove Thursday 5 a side football league delivered an evening of high-octane football last night with some thrilling encounters in both the Premier League and Division 1. As we draw closer to the end of the season, the competition and pressure to perform is escalating.

PREMIER LEAGUE  

In the Premier League, Als Pals FC outplayed Immigrante FC in a goal fest, emerging victorious 10-6. Despite the defeat, Immigrante FC's Arthur Taylor stood out, showcasing his skills by scoring a staggering six goals to become the top scorer in the division. Meanwhile, Futilely FC secured a tight win over AFC Tarner, edging the game with a 6-5 victory, the win all but seals the title!

DIVISION ONE

Over in Division 1, FC Wandle dominated Withdean Wanderers, securing an impressive 10-2 victory to go top of the table. Sandra Youngboys also had a commendable victory, beating Pin Universe with a scoreline of 11-3. The Dadley Boyz suffered a defeat against Sheffield Thursday, ending the game with a 7-4 result which see's them drop to second place in the table. Sheffield Thursday's Jack Wells was the star of the match, scoring five goals to become the top scorer in Division 1 for the week.

As we approach the final two weeks of the season, the excitement and anticipation continues to build. With only a handful of games remaining, every match, every goal, could prove decisive. 

The Brighton And Hove Thursday League continues to be a showcase of local football talent and a testament to the spirit of the beautiful game. We can look forward to more thrilling and competitive matches as the season heads towards its climax.
