In the middle of a sweltering heatwave, all three divisions of the Hull 6-a-side Monday league rolled on with some terrific action.
The Premier League saw leaders Hangover SV claim a walkover against Virgins on Tour, as Stroke Titty cruised past Crystal Meth Palace 5-0, and Tripe FC put in a masterclass, winning 7-1 against Smart Dogs.
In Division 1, top of the table Barely Athletic continued their fine run with another classy performance to dispatch Puff Daddy FC 7-0. Brian Munich stayed in second with a comfortable 5-1 win over Bumbaclarts, while Real SoSoBad edged out 7 Men No Cups 1-0 in a tight contest.
Division 2 action kicked off with a 3-0 win for Fenerbackache over Renford Rejects to climb into third. Leaders Inter Ya Nan dropped points for the first time this campaign, as a resilient Athletico Pathetico held them to a 2-2 draw. Luckily for the table-toppers, their closest rivals Texas Oldman also dropped points, deadlocked at 0-0 with Punisher come full time.
