Exeter Monday 5 a side news - match day 10

Monday night saw week 10 of the Exeter Monday 5-a-side Football league come to a thrilling conclusion. The star-studded matches in the Premier League did not disappoint, providing us with a spectacle of skill, tenacity, and sheer determination.

PREMIER LEAGUE

Tinpot Town FC battled Laf Lions FC in a game that showcased both teams' offensive prowess. Tinpot Town FC eventually emerged victorious with a scoreline of 8-4, a testament to their clinical finishing and robust defence as they rose to the top of the table.

In another high-scoring game, SPT FC went toe-to-toe with MA Boars. This was a true nail-biter that ended with MA Boars edging out SPT FC 9-8. Both teams gave their all, but it was the Boars' never-say-die attitude that sealed the deal, SPT drop to third place.

Arguably the highlight of the evening was the clash between The Amber Foundation and Petr Cech Your Pants. The game ended in an electrifying 9-9 draw that had us on the edge of our seats till the final whistle.

The standout performance of the night came from Crouch Potato and Davies House. With a remarkable 16 goals, Davies House defeated Crouch Potato who managed to score a commendable nine goals. 

As we look forward to the next week, one thing is certain: the Premier League of the Exeter Monday 5-a-side Football league continues to be a hotbed for thrilling matches and exceptional individual performances.
