A superb season comes to a thrilling end

A thrilling season got the conclusion it deserved last night, as we saw a wonderful night of 6 a side football in the Gillingham Monday league. 

Huge congratulations to Gillingham Green, who sealed the crown to cap a magnificent season.

Well done as well to runners up Sporting A Biergut, who ran them all of the way, and took the title race down to the final day.

The Player Of The Season award has deservedly gone to James Fisher from Gillingham Green, who led his sides charge to the league title with a string of inspirational individual displays.

We will be in contact with all team captains with regards to the new season starting next Monday, and we would like to wish every team the very best of luck heading into the brand new season!
