Leagues Thursday divisions drew to a conclusion in an exciting end to the
season.
Premier
League team Chicken Tikka Mo Salah finished the season strongly to finish 2
points ahead of last season’s champions Moves Like Agger. Luke Turk’s 16 goals
for Moves Like Agger secured the Golden Boot, if not the league title!
In Division
1, She was only XI were to strong for the rest to win the division, scoring a
whopping 44 goals in 10 games and finishing with the top 3 scorers in the
division. Luke Edwards finished top of the pile with 13 goals and wins the Golden
Boot award. Scoops FC finished as runners up and will also be promoted to the
Premier League, securing an immediate return following relegation last term.
Division 2
Winners Dyslexia Untied Leapfrogged MFC on the final day of the season to take
the title on Goal difference. MFC had it all wrapped up until a surprise loss
on the final day opened the door for Dyslexia Untied to overtake them. MFC will
be promoted as runners up and also well done to their player Matt Stewart for
finishing as the Golden Boot winner for Division 2.
All league winners, Runners up and Golden Boot winners will be entered
into our monthly PRIZE DRAW for an opportunity to bag the best awards on offer in small sided
football, ranging from £500 in Nike Vouchers or 400 cans of Carling to the star
prize of a £12,000 holiday to Germany for six!
Quick recognition for Kacper Osman from our
Sunday league, Kacper finished as Golden Boot winner and was a lucky winner
from our prize draw. Winning himself a brand new pair of Adidas Predator
Football boots.
