Monday 10th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across all four divisions, and some well competed games played.

In the Premier League, Red Rockets FC stood out with a resounding 11-1 victory over Bowen Vapors, showing their dominance and intent. Worthing Wanderers also made their mark with a convincing 14-1 win against Little Boys From Worthing. Meanwhile, MasDog And Duck beat Future FC 8-2, while Panda FC showed their prowess against PUKKI 22 B with a 7-1 win.

Division 1 saw some equally compelling matches. Angmering Allstars shut out 2 GOALS 1 CUP with a 2-0 win, while HUSSARS FC showed no mercy, scoring five unanswered goals against Colonel Getafe. Ford Focus also had a strong outing against Cream Of The South, ending the match 5-1.

Over in Division 2, COB FC won 4-2 against LA DAIRY MILK, while Rusty Club triumphed over Diddys Disciples FC with a 5-1 victory. Worthing Wolverines gave a stellar performance, shutting out ReCog 5-0. The most closely contested match was Lads On Toure vs The Wrecking Crew, with Lads On Toure narrowly grabbing the win 5-4.

Lastly, in Division 3, Diddys Dynamos secured a narrow win over Big MacAllister & Fries with a 5-4 scoreline. Asda United made easy work of DISUNITED, triumphing 7-1, while Brexit Tarring overcame FAT STEAMY WOOD 4-1.
