Monday 2nd December - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some fantastic matches played.

In the Premier League, a thrilling encounter between Worthing Wanderers and BayernMunchies ended in a nail-biting 5-5 draw. The contention was also high in the tense match between MasDog And Duck and The Seaview Sluts, with MasDog And Duck narrowly emerging victorious by 4-3. However, the highlight was undoubtedly Panda FC’s dominant 8-1 win over Urban Strikers, marking themselves as one of the top-scoring teams of the week.

Over in Division 1, we saw STELLA SOUNDERS FC edge out a 2-1 victory over LA DAIRY MILK and an equally close match between PUKKI 22 B. and VAPORS, with PUKKI 22 B. clinching a 2-1 win as well. HUSSARS FC and Cream Of The South demonstrated their scoring prowess with 4-1 and 4-0 victories over Link Romania and Diddys Disciples FC respectively.

Division 2 was marked by Expected Toulouse’s masterful 6-1 victory over Pathetico Madrid and Scofi Active’s solid 4-2 win against Diddys Dynamos. However, the true highlight of the night was Haven't Got A Kalou's extraordinary 35-2 triumph over Seaside United, smashing the league's top scorer records for the week.

Finally, in Division 3, Lads On Toure outpaced Big MacAllister & Fries with an 8-3 win. COB FC notched up a spectacular 15-0 win against Schindlers Assist, while DISUNITED emerged victorious over Asda United by 4-2. Brexit Tarring and FAT STEAMY WOOD battled it out in a gripping 4-4 draw to round off the week.
