Monday 3rd March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches across the four divisions and some well competed games played.


In the Premier League division, Red Rockets FC edged out Future FC in a nail-biting 3-2 victory. Panda FC also demonstrated their prowess, securing a 2-1 win against MasDog And Duck.


Division 1 saw a spectacular performance from Stella Sounders FC who narrowly defeated Cream Of The South by 1-0. On the other end of the spectrum, Ford Focus delivered the most astounding result of the night, trouncing 2 Goals 1 Cup with a staggering 9-2 win. Other significant results in the division included Hussars FC's 2-1 victory over Angmering Allstars and Expected Toulouse's 4-2 win against Colonel Getafe.


In Division 2, LA Dairy Milk gave an exceptional performance, decimating Diddys Disciples FC 8-0, while ReCog and COB FC played out a thrilling 5-6 match. Rusty Club and Lads on Toure also had a tense game, with Rusty Club securing a 4-3 victory.


Division 3 witnessed Disunited scoring a narrow 5-4 win against Big MacAllister & Fries, and Diddys Dynamos besting Stagecoach Worthing 5-2. Asda United had a decisive 4-0 victory over Fat Steamy Wood, while Brexit Tarring overcame Pathetico Madrid 6-3.
