Monday 6th January - Worthing Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches barring two.  Bayern Munchies are due to return on Monday 13th January, and Seaview Sluts have been removed from the league immediately.

In the Premier League, Worthing Rovers demonstrated their dominance with an impressive 8-2 victory over Panda FC. MasDog and Duck didn't fail to impress either, securing a comfortable 6-2 win against PUKKI 22 B. It was an exciting night in this league as the teams showcased tenacity and skill, and the top scorer of the division was from Worthing Rovers, contributing significantly to their victory.

Division 1 brought its share of high-energy games. Expected Toulouse outperformed Urban Strikers with a remarkable 10-2 win. Rage Quit FC made a statement by trouncing HUSSARS FC 9-1, and STELLA SOUNDERS FC edged past Colonel Getafe 1-0. The highlight of the division was a 7-4 victory for 2 GOALS 1 CUP over Cream of the South. The top scorer of this division was a key player from Expected Toulouse, who had a significant role in their triumph.

In Division 2, Paris Ain't German put on a show with a 10-4 victory over COB FC. LA DAIRY MILK overcame Lads on Toure 5-3, and Rusty Club defeated Scofi Active 5-2. ReCog scored a decisive 3-0 win against Diddys Disciples FC. The standout player from Paris Ain't German snagged the top scorer's spot in this division.

Division 3 saw some major goal action as well. Big MacAllister & Fries devoured Stagecoach Worthing with a whopping 7-0 victory. There was a tense 3-3 draw between FAT STEAMY WOOD and DISUNITED, and Diddys Dynamos managed a 3-1 win against Brexit Tarring. The night ended with Asda United crushing Pathetico Madrid 10-1. A key player from Asda United emerged as the top scorer for this division.
