Monday 7th October - Worthing Round-Up
It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week overall.
In the Premier League, Worthing Wanderers demonstrated their dominance with an emphatic 8-2 victory over Diddy's Disciples FC. In a separate matchup, Worthing Rovers continued their winning streak, securing a 5-3 win over The Seaview Sluts.
Division one action saw Stella Sounders FC outperform Cream of the South with a 2-0 win. In a battle of defensive resolve, Pukki 22 B. also clinched a 2-0 victory against Hussars FC. Link Romania maintained their winning form, edging past LA Dairy Milk with a single goal difference, ending the match at 1-0.
The Division two matches provided some of the night's most exciting moments. Pathetico Madrid were outclassed by ReCog with the latter team recording a whopping 7-3 win. Haven't Got A Kalou triumphed over Expected Toulouse 5-2 and Paris Ain't German beat Scofi Active 3-1.
Finally, Division three presented a goal fest. Big MacAllister & Fries suffered a 4-2 defeat to Disunited, while Asda United couldn't keep up with Pappas Playas' pace resulting in a 7-4 loss. Brexit Tarring was overwhelmed by COB FC with a scoreline of 8-2, while Schindlers Assist confidently outplayed Lads On Toure, ending the match 6-1.
