Monday 9th September - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league overall this week with all teams in attendance for the start of the new campaign, the only exception to this being JCI FC who we look forward to seeing return on Monday 16th September.

We welcome two new teams to the action on Monday 16th September, as Scofi Active and Manfister City join the league, we wish both good luck in their debut games.


Back to this weeks action, starting with the Premier League, the Worthing Wanderers outclassed 3 For 100? with an impressive 8-2 victory. BayernMunchies suffered a defeat against the Worthing Rovers, losing 5-2. Meanwhile, the game of the night was undoubtedly the evenly matched face-off between Panda FC and The Seaview Sluts, which ended in a 4-4 deadlock.


In Division 1, the Super Striker Squad outplayed STELLA SOUNDERS FC with a 5-3 win, while VAPORS beat Link Romania by 4-2. The match between Cream Of The South and PUKKI 22 B. ended in a 4-4 tie, with both teams showing commendable spirit.


Division 2 witnessed Lisboa Rio clinch a close 3-2 win against Paris Ain't German. ReCog emerged victorious against Expected Toulouse with a 4-2 win. The thrilling match between Pathetico Madrid and Bowen Balcony ended in a 5-5 tie, with both teams showcasing their scoring prowess.


In Division 3, Asda United overwhelmed Big MacAllister & Fries with an 11-2 victory. Brexit Tarring secured an impressive 11-3 win over DISUNITED and Schindlers Assist ousted Mo Leicesters FC with a 7-3 victory. Lads On Toure outscored COB FC with a neat 4-2 victory.
