Sunday 13th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night across all three divisions.

Fatzio moved to the summit of the Premier Division on Goal Difference this week as they ran out 5-0 winners over Unnamed FC.  High Salvington were made to work for their win this week, they ran out 3-2 winners against The Rebels keeping them in second place.  Third placed Real Le Sheet were convincing 6-2 winners as they met Lahmageddon, whilst Weymouth Wanderers got their second win in a row in the form of a 5-2 victory against The Tutt Experience moving them to half way in the table.

TTM stay top of the Division One table but dropped points for the first time this week as they were held to a 2-2 draw with Snorting Lisbon, whilst Mas Dog Academy sit in second and move level on points with the leaders after their 1-0 win against She Was Only XI.  Ji Sung Park won by the same scoreline in their match against The Defeatables as they remain in seventh place but only a point off the cluster of teams above them.  Only Matip In and Maradona Kebab shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

Top of Division Two Posh and Becks Vier were in unforgiving form this week as they rattled 15 goals past Hakuna Juan Mata who managed to pull 2 back in reply.  Rustys moved into second place after they and third placed Sompting Dragons played out a 1-1 draw, whilst Breast Rummidge Albion keep their place in fourth with a 3-2 victory over So Sompting Crew, and Inter Ya Nan got their first victory of the season as they sit fifth after they were 3-0 victors against Petr Cech Yourself.

We thank all teams for their continued commitment and reliability and wish all good luck going into week 4's fixtures with Worthing's premier providers of small sided football!
