Sunday 14th November - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across all three divisions.

Lahmageddon started the season off in fine fettle with a 4-2 win over Classic XI, whilst Real Le Sheet were 3-1 winners over The Tutt Experience and High Salvington Gentlemen were 2-0 winners over OLOTR.  Newly promoted Weymouth Wanderers put in a good performance as they shared the spoils with Fatzio, drawing 1-1.

In Division One, The Rebels were 6-3 winners in their match over Enter a Team Name Here in a thrilling encounter to start the campaign off.  Breast Rummage Albion were 3-0 winners over Class on Grass, whilst Suarez Is My Hamster ran out 3-1 winners against Only Put Matip In.  Bobby Carlos Experience and Unnamed FC could not be separated as they played out an entertaining 3-3 draw.

Game of the night was undoubtedly in Division Two as So Sompting Crew ran out 8-6 winners over Inter Ya Nan in a 14 goal thriller.  In other action, Sompting Dragons were 4-2 winners over Posh and Becks Vier, whilst Unfitballers recorded a 3-1 win over Dragons.  The Defeatables and Bag Raiders completed the action as they shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw.
