Sunday 16th February - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league with all teams in attendance across both divisions throughout the night.

AFC Romania were 5-0 winners over Bobby Carlos Experience to remain at the top of the table, but Taking The Mkhitarayan remained on their coat tails with a 6-3 victory against Bag Raiders.  Third placed Rebels slipped further off the pace after they could only salvage a point from an otherwise entertaining encounter against Nut My Meg in a game that ended 3 a piece.

It is as you were at the top of Division One with wins for Weymouth Wanderers and Lahmageddon.  Although the two are level on points Weymouth's goal difference is worth a point in itself, particularly as they extended it again this week with a 9-0 thrashing of Inter Ya Nan.  Lahmageddon were in good goal scoring form themselves and mustered a 5-3 victory over The Legends in an end to end game.
