Sunday 16th September - Worthing Round-Up

It was another superb evening of 6 a side football in Worthing on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, apart from Smudgeykinz Town who gave 7 days notice to miss this week but return on Sunday 23rd September.

Game of the week in the Premier Division was the clash between All Blacks and Slightly Athletic in which the former came out 4-2 winners in an entertaining match to keep themselves at the top of the table.

In Division One the top two met and Thistle Reborn came out victorious in a closely fought 2-1 win over Neville Wears Prada to take a 2 point lead at the summit.  Gaylacticos closed the gap between themselves and 2nd place after beating 4th placed Lahmageddon 4-1.
