It was another good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, the only exception being a late cancellation from Breast Rummidge Albion who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 1st May.
Fatzio remain at the top of the Premier Division and were 7-0 winners over Real Le Sheet this week to continue their one point advantage over second placed High Salvington Gentlemen, who were also winners this week by a convincing 6-0 score line against The Tutt Experience. Lahmageddon moved up to third spot this week as they were winners of an entertaining game against The Rebels, 9-3 the full time score as they moved above Real Le Sheet. Weymouth Wanderers moved two points clear of the drop zone after an important 2-1 win over Unnamed FC who remain in seventh spot.
Top of Division One TTM FC got back to winning ways this week as they keep their 2 point advantage over second place, winning 7-3 against The Defeatables in an entertaining match, whilst second placed Mas Dog Academy do their best to keep the pressure on the leaders, as they edged past seventh placed Only Matip In by a 2-1 score line. She Was Only XI stay in third place, and level on points with second after they were 5-2 winners against Ji Sung Park The Bus, with fourth placed Snorting Lisbon hammering Maradona Kebab 7-1.
There is a new leader in Division One as Inter Yanan's 5-0 win puts them above Posh and Becks Vier, who drop to second after a 6-3 defeat against third placed Petr Cech Yourself who put themselves right back in the promotion race, as do fourth placed Sompting Dragons who beat So Sompting Crew 8-1 to also sit a point off the promotion places. Finally, Hakuna Juan Mata picked up their first points of the campaign at the ninth attempt, as they beat new boys Coman Her Face by a convincing 9-3 score line.
