A chance to fly to Germany on holiday is on offer as a brand new community 6 a side football competition gets ready for kick off in October.
The league, which marks the start of a brand new partnership between Guiseley AFC and Leisure Leagues – the world’s largest provider of small sided football – will take place on a Sunday between 6-8pm.
Each league runs for a 14 week season (and then restarts straight away). The League winners and runners up, are entered into a monthly prize draw which is broadcast on the Leisure Leagues Facebook page.
Leisure Leagues are the only league provider to donate their profits to charity, with a selection of organisations, including Cancer Research and the Dogs Trust amongst the beneficiaries.
It is this community focus that seen has Leisure Leagues partner with Guiseley AFC, as New Business Executive, Jack Bullivant, explained: “Our leagues are a real hub for the community, and we know that is exactly how Guiseley AFC sees itself as a football club. They proudly represent their area and that is what we are looking to do too with this league on the 3G at Nethermoor Park.”
There are separate prizes for the Most Valuable Player and there is even something for the team who finishes bottom.
Anyone who wants to register a team can do so on https://www.leisureleagues.net/league/guiseley-football-club/guiseley-sunday or for more information they can call 0333 123 2340.
