Like you, everyone at Leisure Leagues is disappointed with the news that England is returning to a lockdown from tomorrow until the 2nd December.
We have worked hard to make our leagues Covid safe, and thanks to your efforts and assistance in helping us do that, we have been proud of the leagues we have been running since the summer.
New leagues have started, many have expanded, giving communities across the country the opportunity for vital fitness and camaraderie, improving their physical and mental health. Indeed, we actually had more team entries in September than any other month in our history.
After the final whistle on 4th November will be back as soon as we can, and we thank you for your patience.
Everyone has learnt since March that the situation is changing all the time and obviously there is a chance that the lockdown may be eased before the scheduled end and we are lobbying for that to happen. We will keep in contact with you to let you know the very latest.
Finally, we hope you and your families stay safe, and we look forward to welcoming you back to one of the best community leagues in the world as soon as we are able.
